Mads Skak Lindegaard is CEO and co-founder of FloorCollection ApS.

He started his career in the flooring industry after completing his apprenticeship at Bredebro Gulvbelægning. Since then, he has worked as a salesman and sales manager at some of the industry’s most recognized companies, including Garant, Tarkett, Danfloor and Egetæpper.

At Egetæpper, he held the role of sales manager and later director with responsibility for the Scandinavian market for many years. He has also served on the board of the Danish Construction Association’s flooring industry for 11 years.
With his deep industry insight and many years of experience, he has built a strong network and a solid understanding of customer needs in both the public and private contract market.

Mads Skak Lindegaard has more than 30 years of sales and management experience in the flooring industry and several board positions behind him. His focus has always been to create the greatest possible value through long-term relationships and quality solutions – in all types of coatings and projects.

Henrik Jensen is CEO and co-founder of FloorCollection ApS.

Henrik Jensen started his career in his early years at Tæppeland and before joining Egetæpper in 1996, he worked as manager of several of Ilva’s departments, including the carpet department in Aarhus. At Egetæpper, Henrik worked as a sales manager in the contract market for 8 years. Henrik later joined Hammer Tæpper, where in addition to building up the B2B market throughout Denmark, he was also responsible for sales to several international companies.

Henrik Jensen has 30 years of experience in sales and trade within the contract market of floor coverings.

Henrik and Tom have been working together since 2010 and have made several successful businesses together – not only in the carpet industry but also as contractors and real estate developers.

Their new brainchild is FloorCollection.

Tom Møller Jørgensen is co-owner and investor in FloorCollection ApS.

Tom Møller Jørgensen was the second generation of the family business Hammer Carpets, founded in 1948 by Tom’s father Sigfred Møller Jørgensen and Johannes Jensen.

Hammer Carpets developed, produced and sold textile floor coverings in wool yarns and synthetic yarns for the consumer and contract market. In the contract market, the focus area and primary segment was 4 and 5-star hotels and the cruise industry.

In 2014, Tom sold 51% of Hammer Carpets to Egetæpper and subsequently in 2021 the remaining 49%.

Tom Møller Jørgensen has 45 years of experience with the carpet factory Hammer Carpets.
